tests: lightdm: Bump timeout waiting for screen text to 60 seconds.
This is to avoid non-deterministic failures on slower machines.

* gnu/tests/lightdm.scm (run-lightdm-test) <wait-for-screen-text>: Bump
timeout to 60 s (from the default 30 s).
