* gnu/packages/dictionaries.scm (translate-shell): Update to 0.9.6.8.
[source]: Remove patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/translate-shell-fix-curl-tests.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
