* gnu/packages/crates-gtk.scm (rust-glib-0.18): Update to 0.18.5.
[arguments]: Don't skip the tests.  Add cargo-test-flags.
[cargo-development-inputs]: Replace rust-criterion-0.4 with 0.5.
