pull: Build package modules without optimizations on Guile 2.2.
* guix/build/pull.scm (%default-optimizations)
(%lightweight-optimizations): New variables.
(optimization-options): New procedure.  Taken from
build-aux/compile-all.scm.
(build-guix): Pass it to 'compile-file'.
