* gnu/packages/patches/strace-ipc-tests.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (strace)[source](patches): New field.
[arguments]: Add 'regenerate-tests' phase.
