services: avahi: Pass --daemonize and check for the PID file. ...

This makes sure the service's 'start' finishes when avahi-daemon is
ready to process requests.

* gnu/services/avahi.scm (avahi-shepherd-service): Use --daemonize
instead of --syslog and add #:pid-file.
