Previously, (gexp-native-inputs #~#$@(list #~#+foo)) would return '().

remove 'if' around 'fold-right'. In 'map' lambda, always inherit N?.

Previously, 'gexp-native-inputs' would not return the native inputs of
nested gexps. For example, this:
