setting and the 'canonicalize-path' calls it leads to. This was
especially visible when 'guix substitute' access files in
/var/guix/substitute/cache.
* guix/ui.scm (run-guix-command): Set %FILE-PORT-NAME-CANONICALIZATION
to #f.
The former pattern included the "jar" binary.
