activation: Make the /bin/sh symlink at activation time.

* gnu/build/install.scm (directives): Remove "/bin/sh".
* gnu/build/activation.scm (activate-/bin/sh): New procedure.
* gnu/system.scm (operating-system-activation-script): Use it.
