gnu: nanomsg: Don't build html documentation.

* gnu/packages/networking.scm (nanomsg)[outputs]: Remove 'doc' output.
[arguments]: Remove phase moving html to doc output.
[native-inputs]: Remove ruby-asciidoctor, pkg-config.
