utils: Support zstd compression via Guile-zstd.

* guix/utils.scm (lzip-port): Return a single value.
(zstd-port): New procedure.
(decompressed-port, compressed-output-port): Add 'zstd' case.
* tests/utils.scm (test-compression/decompression): Test 'zstd' when
the (zstd) module is available.
