list-runtime-roots: List files referenced by environment variables.

Inspired by <772b70952f...4ddd077bfa>.

* nix/scripts/list-runtime-roots.in (%store-directory): New variable.
  (proc-environ-roots): New procedure.
  (<top-level>): Use it.
