[build-system]: Use meson-build-system.
[arguments]: Disable systemd. Fix xsl.
[native-inputs]: Add docbook-xsl, gobject-introspection, libxml2, libxslt and vala.
[inputs]: Add gstreamer, gst-plugins-base and gtk+.
