gnu: grub: Remove input labels and use gexps.

* gnu/packages/bootloaders.scm (grub)[arguments]: Use gexps.
[inputs, native-inputs]: Remove labels.
(grub-minimal, grub-coreboot, grub-efi, grub-efi32)
(grub-hybrid): Likewise.
