gnu: ansible: Apply experimental patch to deal with wrapping of ansible script.

rationale.

* gnu/packages/patches/ansible-wrap-program-hack.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/admin.scm (ansible)[source]: Use it.
