build: linux-module: Do not inherit the install-doc phase.

This is a followup commit to aaf1f18b80, itself
a followup to 82c43b276d (gnu:
linux-libre: Enable building info doc).

* guix/build-system/linux-module.scm
(make-linux-module-builder) [phases]: Also delete inherited 'install-doc phase.
