gnu: darktable: Add dependency on libavif, ocl-icd.

* gnu/packages/photo.scm (darktable)[inputs]: Add libavif, ocl-icd.
[arguments]: Set LD_LIBRARY_PATH for OpenCL.
[supported-systems]: Remove i686 which is not supported anymore.
