gnu: guile-ssh: Close RREPL channel ports before they are finalized.

* gnu/packages/patches/guile-ssh-channel-finalization.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/ssh.scm (guile-ssh)[source](patches): Use it.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
