git authenticate: Discover the repository.

This allows one to run ‘guix git authenticate’ from a sub-directory of
the checkout.

* guix/scripts/git/authenticate.scm (%default-options): Remove
‘directory’ key.
(guix-git-authenticate): Use ‘repository-discover’ when ‘directory’
option is missing.
