services: admin: Support rebooting after an unattended upgrade
* gnu/services/admin.scm (unattended-upgrade-configuration): Add reboot? field. When truthy, unattended upgrade will stop the shepherd root service, triggering a reboot. * doc/guix.texi (Unattended Upgrades): Document it.
