gnu: glib: Return #t from all phases.

* gnu/packages/glib.scm (glib)[arguments]: In the 'check' phase, use
'for-each' instead to avoid assuming that 'disable' will return a true value.
Return #t from the 'pre-build' and 'check' phases.
