gnu: module-init-tools: Remove reference to unavailable man page tarball.

* gnu/packages/linux.scm (module-init-tools): Remove reference to
  Gentoo's pre-built man pages and 'unpack-man-pages' phase.  Add
  'fake-docbook' phases.
