* gnu/packages/compression.scm (lrzip): Update to 0.640.
[source]: Remove obsolete patch 'lrzip-CVE-2017-8842.patch'.
[inputs]: Add lz4.
* gnu/packages/patches/lrzip-CVE-2017-8842.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
