gnu: ntfs-3g: Do not run ldconfig during install.

f85efa86e7690d9181946351631e02b1c20958c9.

* gnu/packages/linux.scm (ntfs-3g)[arguments]: Add "--disable-ldconfig" to
 #:configure-flags.
