gnu: jack-keyboard: Update to 2.7.2.

* gnu/packages/music.scm (jack-keyboard): Update to 2.7.2.
[build-system]: Use cmake-build-system.
[arguments]: Set #:tests? to #f.  Adjust configure-flags for CMake.
[native-inputs]: Delete field.
[home-page]: Update URL.
