gnu: gconf: Propagate input glib.

* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (gconf): Propagate input glib.
  (gnome-vfs): Drop input glib.
  (libgnome): Drop propagated input glib.
* gnu/packages/ibus.scm (ibus): Drop input glib.
