gnu: superlu-dist: Remove use of deprecated MPI1 symbols.

* gnu/packages/patches/superlu-dist-fix-mpi-deprecations.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (superlu-dist)[source]: Use it.
