Revert "gnu: kwayland: Enable test suite."

This reverts commit ba3e25bbf2.

This commit is reverted because it caused kwayland to no longer build on the
build farm. Specifically, the test "PlasmaWindowModelTest::testVirtualDesktops"
fails.
