gnu: emacs-mmm-mode: Use gnu-build-system.

* gnu/packages/emacs.scm (emacs-mmm-mode): Replace melpa-stable URL with
  the github URL and use 'gnu-build-system' instead of
  'emacs-build-system'.  Fix typo (add missing space before the
  description).
