gnu: Remove pidentd.

As discussed in <https://bugs.gnu.org/46602>, pidentd does not support a
current release of OpenSSL, and there does not seem to be any activity
upstream to improve that.

* gnu/packages/networking.scm (pidentd): Remove variable.
