kili f19b2e4f6d Prepare new bootstrapper based on ghc-8.0.1 for use with ghc-8.0.2 ... or ghc-8.2.x (yet untested). Also, don't build iserv with -threading if multithreading is disabled (which is the case for the bootstrappers we build).
