espie 49f6d23c9f Cosmetic changes, mostly.
- unbundle patches in separate files,
- remove mostly unneeded Makefile patch, use ports mechanisms instead,
- use INSTALL_* macros,
- FAKE,
- proper package, handles shell addition/removal like other shells do...
