merdely a23f39a1d5 Update to bacula 2.4.3. ...

Add no_server PSEUDO_FLAVOR
Reorganize the Makefile some.
Remove dependency on qwt.
Set FULLPKGPATH for -main and -bat to remove backend dependencies
   (found by and solution from naddy@)
Use SUBST_CMD.
