Grand Central Dispatch (GCD or libdispatch) provides comprehensive support for concurrent code execution on multicore hardware. It's needed for newer releases of audio/deadbeef but can be useful also for telephony/asterisk and net/tdesktop (at least.) Replaces devel/blocksruntime ok sthen@
