naddy 53302a19c9 Re-add the gmpxx C++ library. productivity/libalkimia requires the ... C++ templates, though not libgmpxx. Split off the C++ support into a separate cxx subpackage. Add a no_cxx bootstrap flavor and use it for the dependency chain up to lang/gcc/4.9 in order to allow bootstrapping a C++ compiler from ports.
