version in the port Makefile (it was already removed from the build itself in patch-setup_py). In testing here things are working OK with py-qt5 5.13.2. upstream are conservative about the version check - they have had problems with themes reported in the past e.g. https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder/issues/8748 and some failures possibly qtwebengine-related. (We don't have qtwebengine yet anyway which may help here).
