TACACS+ requires root privileges to start up properly. After the

initialization, it will drop privileges to a less-privileged
|
|
user/group called '_tacacs'.
|
|
|
|
Please edit /etc/services and add the following entry:
|
|
|
|
tacacs+ 49/tcp
|
