jca 435debb39e Two "bind_to_address" tweaks for mpd ...

- listen on "localhost" instead of "127.0.0.1"; helps with "family
  inet6 inet4" in resolv.conf
- install /var/run/mpd in the rc script, and mention /var/run/mpd/socket
  in the example config (ncmpc can use it by default)
