ajacoutot ca8b806ca2 Match default BUILD_DEPENDS on psutils according to the choosen FLAVOR 
(a4 or empty). It is not enforced since it does not modify the build and
we don't want to break bulk builds in case of psutils being already
installed with another FLAVOR; but this allows to
'env FLAVOR=a4 make install'
without the need to build psutils twice.
