cwen 019b0fdc24 kanjipad: unbreak with ld.lld on powerpc ...

powerpc does not inline sqrt(3) unlike other lld archs, so it actually uses
libm and as such the `-lm' linker flag is needed.

While here, refresh WANTLIB.
