bcallah 63eeca4c3e Remove --disable-external-libs from audio/libsndfile. Needed for the import of audio/mscore. 
Bump all dependent ports that need a bump.
Assign MAINTAINER of audio/libsamplerate and audio/libsndfile to Jan Stary.
