- change maintainer, no good having a FreeBSD ports maintainer listed
- use MAKE_FLAGS over patching the Makefile
- remove deprecated variables
- ${WRKDIR} -> ${WRKSRC}
- ${MKDIR} -> ${INSTALL_DATA_DIR}
