kn 4f01408214 Default to python3 FLAVOR if possible PyPI projects that already list multiple supported Python versions cause portgen(1) to generate a flavoured port; of leaving FLAVOR emtpy, opt for the highest available version. This makes it use FLAVOR?=python3 insteaf of FLAVOR?= (empty) if any sypport higher than Python 2 is listed. Note that PyPI projects listing either only one sypported version or none at all are not effected by this diff. OK afresh1 kmos		2020-04-30 23:04:48 +00:00

README

This directory does not hold ports, but rather stuff to help
with building specific ports, or with checking packages.

A lot of documentation actually exists as manpages.
See bsd.port.mk(5) for most things.

bin/pkg_outdated
	Compare installed registered packages with the ports tree, try to find
	out of date ports.

db/network.conf
	Distfiles configuration. Tweakable by the user.

db/user.list
	List of users and groups created by the ports (or that are advised
	to be added.

bin/outdated-perl-ports
	Compare perl ports INDEX entries (install portslist) with the 
	latest module versions available from CPAN.

templates/Makefile.template
	Template Makefile that may be of use when making a port.
