sthen b668f87e23 qemu Makefile/patch changes, from Brad. 
- Sort the arch list.
- Remove some local patching from the configure script
  which is not necessary.
- Remove debug option from linker command line when not using --enable-debug.
- Recognize arm / hppa OpenBSD.
