martynas 433ba032ed - fix WANTLIB; ...

- move glib{,2} to BUILD_DEPENDS;
- respect CC, CFLAGS for silc-client;
- respect MAKE_FLAGS everywhere;
- disable-static for irssi, disable-shared for silc-client;
- pass -fPIC -DPIC where they're missing;
