ajacoutot b38392e109 GStreamer configure script does not set --disable-debug by default and 
for a good reason. One of them being that the gstdebug.so plugin is
actually needed by other apps.

gstreamer,-main: move some files from -main to -frontend ; fix dependencies

Regen all PLISTs and bump all PKGNAMEs.
