espie c3ea6d1aed add initial glue for debug packages support
this is likely to change some more (become more automated), but it
should allow us to build a few packages and tinker.

Basically it uses DEBUG_PACKAGES, DEBUG_FILES
plus DEBUG_CONFIGURE_ARGS and DEBUG_FLAGS because we don't want to allow
debug packages on small architectures before we assess the performance impact
of building these.

this will get documented properly once the dust settles...

This directory does not hold ports, but rather stuff to help
with building specific ports, or with checking packages.

A lot of documentation actually exists as manpages.
See bsd.port.mk(5) for most things.

bin/pkg_outdated

db/network.conf

db/user.list

	to be added.

bin/outdated-perl-ports
