- Avoid double-free if malloc fails in inputPush
- Fix memory leak in xmlLoadEntityContent error path
- Fix integer overflow in xmlBufferDump()
- Fix use-after-free bugs when calling xmlTextReaderClose() before
xmlFreeTextReader() on post-validating parser
