sane-frontends contains applications for SANE (Scanner Access Now Easy). This package provides the graphical frontends xscanimage and xcam. Both use the GTK+ toolkit. xscanimage is used for scanners, xcam for cameras. xscanimage can also be used as gimp plugin.
