sthen a7e057a338 Change COMMENT for debug packages to just use PKGSTEM not FULLPKGNAME.

In some cases (mostly with insane distnames from local test builds, but
conceivably also possible with long combinations of flavours) they can
exceed the character limit. Discussed with espie@ who pointed out that
plist_db doesn't include entries for debug packages.

This directory does not hold ports, but rather stuff to help
with building specific ports, or with checking packages.

A lot of documentation actually exists as manpages.
See bsd.port.mk(5) for most things.

bin/pkg_outdated
	Compare installed registered packages with the ports tree, try to find
	out of date ports.

db/network.conf
	Distfiles configuration. Tweakable by the user.

db/user.list
	List of users and groups created by the ports (or that are advised
	to be added.

bin/outdated-perl-ports
	Compare perl ports INDEX entries (install portslist) with the 
	latest module versions available from CPAN.

templates/Makefile.template
	Template Makefile that may be of use when making a port.
